Gertcha are a two piece live band celebrating the music of “Rockney” icons Chas & Dave, playing all their greatest hits and some lesser known classics, along with plenty of other well known songs and theme tunes in the “Rockney” style.

There’s also a few surprises, with some classic pop and rock tunes given the Rockney treatment, sounding like you’ve never heard them before!

The band are equally adept in the smallest of pubs and the largest of festivals and continue to perform for audiences of all sizes, wherever the Rockney vibes are required!

Matt Adshead (Vocals)

Matt has performed with a variety of bands over the past 30 years, from a 25-piece swing band to a 10-piece funk band. He has enjoyed arranging music events and playing in numerous bands, alongside his 25-year career in education.

Pete Faint (Piano & Vocals)

Pete is a hugely successful musician, arranger, producer and musical director with over 25 years’ experience in the industry. He continues to play all over the world with some of the country’s best loved artists, including Holly Johnson, Jimmy Somerville, ABC, Jason Donovan, T’Pau, Cutting Crew, to name but a few, as well as countless artists as part of the Rewind Festival house band.
